Sri Chinmoy explains how to use the “eyes of the heart” to be more soulful while having to work using a computer machine.

Excerpt from the interview:

“…If I want to see you in a different way, either with my third eye or with my heart, I can see you… inside my heart there are two eyes, absolutely wide open. … [with] these two [physical] eyes, you are working on the machine, mentally. Here you have given your brain, your mind, [and it] has gone, has entered the machine. If you know that there is something inside you, here, inside the heart, there are two eyes. That one is also going there, entering into the computer machine. Then you are bound to feel soulful. ..”
