Along with her husband Nayak, Nandita has co-ordinated the Seattle Sri Chinmoy Centre since the early 1970s. In this video, Nandita talks about the qualities which are helpful for those in a position of leadership.  She remembers one quote from Sri Chinmoy “A leader is a ladder.”
