During an illumining meditation during New Year in 1996, Sri Chinmoy comments on the challenges that the New Year brings, specially for this particular year of 1996, when spiritual aspirants endowed with more “money-power” will be specially challenged.

It is good to note, however, that Sri Chinmoy’s philosophy does not negate the importance of money-power, but rather considers it an instrument to further spiritual progress when used correctly.
