Sri Chinmoy comments intimately to his students about his arrival in the West and his service to various nations of the world, as well as the significance of his Green Card, which enabled him to visit many countries to be inspired by them and to try to be of service them.

Excerpt from the interview:

“13th of April, 1964, I arrived to kindle the flame of aspiration in the heart of America – I must say in the heart of the West – America is in the West. My Inner Pilot knows how far I have suceeded, or whether I have suceeded at all. The results I have placed, and the forecoming results I will place at His Feet, happily, happily, happily, cheerfully and unconditionally.”
