In this video, Tejvan Pettinger, recounts an experience with meeting Sri Chinmoy in Oslo 2001. Tejvan explains that despite arriving late and flustered, he experienced a sense of peace from being at Sri Chinmoy’s talk on peace. Sometime in meditation, we make great personal effort with no obvious result. But, sometimes we can have an experience of meditation, despite seeming little effort on our part.
To come back to the secret of inner peace, our questioning and doubting mind is always wanting in peace. Our loving and dedicated heart is always flooded with inner peace. If our mind has all the questions, then our heart has all the answers.
